Prices & Delivery
The ticket prices are quoted in UK £ values and include
our reservation fees, delivery (within the UK), handling,
credit card transaction charges and in some cases incorporate
venue or third party suppliers costs. Ticket deliveries
overseas will incur a postal charge.
Payment should be made by MasterCard or Visa and all sales
are final and non-refundable. Within 14 days of receiving
your ticket order a receipt together with a confirmation
of your reservation will be mailed to your postal address
with tickets or a voucher to cover the collection. In some
cases, such as the Munich, Verona and Aix-en-Provence Festivals,
tickets will be dispatched to you one month prior to your
performance date. Please be aware that in many cases some
of the venues will not replace lost, stolen or mislaid tickets,
these must be kept safely and will be dispatched to you
by recorded delivery.
Changes
to the cast
In the event that any member of the cast of a particular
Opera/Concert is unable to perform for any reason, we JMB
Travel Consultants cannot be held responsible for this
change.
However in the event that the Opera/Concert is
cancelled completely the face value of the tickets will
be refunded.
Outdoor
Events
In the event of adverse weather conditions a full refund
of the face value of the performance ticket will be made
only if the performance fails to start and payment must
be collected from the box office. If abandonment occurs
into the start the conditions of the ticket purchased prevent
any refund.
