-
You will be presented with a full programme of events
for that city - choose the performance you wish to attend
by clicking on the title to the left of the appropriate
date.
-
You will then be presented with a summary of that performance
and ticket prices.
-
Select the grade of opera ticket you are interested
in.(Category I = Stalls/First Balcony; Category II =
Stalls/Second Balcony; Category III = Balcony/First
Gallery)
-
Certain venues charge a supplement for weekend (Friday
& Saturday) performances - if this is so then the
supplement will be displayed and will be automatically
added to your total on the next page.
-
Other venues may require a supplement for A-Grade and
Premiere performances - we will be unable to verify
this until we check availability. At the time of booking
you will be asked to provide one of three choices that
will apply if a supplement is required. These options
are: 1. Cancel the booking; 2. Go ahead with booking;
3. Request confirmation by email.
-
Prices for certain venues may actually be lower
than that stated and if this is the case then you will
be charged the lowest price. Venues where this may
occur are labelled as such.
-
Once you have chosen the grade
of ticket and number of tickets required, you will then
proceed to the payment page on the secure
server where you will need to input contact
details and credit card payment details. You will also
need to provide a local address at the opera venue in
case tickets need to be delivered locally. Transactions
are secured and signed by a Thawte certificate (click
on the logo to the right for details).
- Within 14 days of receiving your ticket order a receipt
together with a confirmation of your reservation will
be mailed to your postal address with tickets or a voucher
to cover the collection. In some cases, such as the Munich,
Verona and Aix-en-Provence Festivals, tickets will be
dispatched to you one month prior to your performance
date.
